We work in partnership with local government authorities, communities, iwi, architects, planners, designers and business associations to ensure all stakeholders’ needs are addressed. We have extensive experience in stakeholder management, streetscape contracts and construction management.

We deliver successful projects, ensuring all aspects of the design are considered and will work impeccably in the environment, whether that’s a high-density urban area, a protected wetland or a coastal park.

Our talented staff have delivered high quality projects for well over a decade. Our project list includes prominent works throughout Auckland. Recently we’ve completed the award-winning shared space project in Elliott, Darby, Lorne, Fort, Federal and O’Connell Streets.

Open Spaces

Open Spaces are a vital part in making Auckland the world’s most liveable city and the design is integral in ensuring the city functions smoothly. We design thoroughfares, laneways and pedestrian amenities that connect open spaces and ensure that the areas themselves are welcoming, pleasant and practical.

Championed by Auckland Council Harbour Edge Developments and Waterfront Auckland the city is improving measurably. We love working on regenerations, ensuring the planning, execution and delivery of our open spaces is world-class. Public spaces are critical for community involvement, stimulating commercial success and providing a vibrant and interesting cityscape. Streetscapes

A successful streetscape enhances the area. As well as looking attractive it must be safe, accessible, functional and respond to the changing needs of pedestrians and vehicle traffic. Our engineers are experts in engineering design for shared spaces, high quality public amenities and upgrades. Regenerated urban environments transform the CBD into places we like to wander, eat and shop which has positive spin- offs including higher commercial turnover, greater public involvement and safer cities.

Parks and coastal

Envivo staff have extensive experience in designing, surveying and consenting parks and coastal projects. From urban areas such as the Westhaven Marina in downtown Auckland to creating a boat ramp and pontoon on a remote island off Great Barrier, we can go anywhere and enjoy working on a variety of projects. We specialise in solutions that maximise the site, yet address the environmental concerns and are appropriate to the area.
